An easyjet plane at Newcastle airport. I travel to London fairly often on research trips or for family events - it's usually most convenient and cost-efficient to travel by air, especially as GNER Newcastle to London trains are often ludicrously over-priced (although significantly less tattered and dirty than they were a few years ago.)
