The best named mobile grease wagon I've seen is called 'The Scran Van', although there's another called 'Classic Catering' - which I think might be stretching the definition of 'classic'.
Still, if you don't want a post drinking binge burger, you could always head for some fried chicken. The unhygenic sounding Chicken Cottage is about five minutes walk from the Burger Palace.
